Make sure the app has camera and network permission, and that you're checking in inside the four-hour window. If the streak still resets, reinstall the app and complete verification again.
Wallet balance not updating
Pull down to refresh in the Interlink wallet, confirm you're on the correct account, and check the History tab for a pending transaction before assuming funds are missing.
KYC verification stuck pending
Review lighting and document photo quality, then resubmit from KYCPort. Manual review can take longer during high-volume periods — resubmitting duplicate applications will not speed this up.
Swap or transfer failed
Failed swaps are usually a slippage, balance, or network-fee issue. Double-check your balance covers the fee, then retry from the swap page.
